Dinuguan - Diced pork, end gut stewed in vinegar & pork blood

Sizzling Sisig - Diced grilled pork ears and liver in vinegar w/onions and peppers

Papaitan - Goat entrails in bile soup

Balut - Boiled fertilized duck egg
